Don't be afraid, in the world of Oric, everything related to emulation, softwares, books and hardware schematics fell into the public domain.
You can use the Oric rom and distribute it without any problems.

Back onto the DS Linkers, If I understood :
- The use of Linkers for Homebrew is legal on Nintendo DS
- But, some Linkers do violate some nintendo patents, and for this they are supposed (according to Nintendo, but justice has not decided yet) to be forbidden for sale.
- They are Linkers of various quality (compatibility, hardware quality) : and one should be aware that some very bad quality linkers can "break" the console.

So, which linker would you recommend to us ?

using old roms don't make loose money to nobody

can you tell us exactly what you need:

- of course a DS
- a linker (which one ?)
- a memory card (which choice ?)
- DSOric.nds

is it OK ?
Well, as I said previously, you can test it with Ideas emulator (under Linux / windows) but it is a little slow
If you want to test it on DS, you need :
1) A DS 
2) the nds file : dsoric.nds ou dsoric.ds.gba (regarding your linker)
3) a linker : see my web site here for a lots of linker available on DS : http://www.portabledev.com/pages/tests.php
4) A memory card if your linker needs it : i use Sandisk 1Go micro sd card, or Pny, they work fine.

Nope, not yet ! I follow the episodes on France 4 since this summer only. I am totally addicted !
I would like so much that France4 releases the DVD seasons in 16/9, including the Christmas episodes...
because what they have done for the DVD box is a shame...

Please, can you fix some DSOric feature in a new release if you can?

Report Bug:

1.On Oric1/Atmos mode keys '<' and '>' on virtual Keyboard are inverted.
2.Key configuration menu need other key in assign mode like ; - : - ? ...etc (some games need this key for play like PSS Centipede).
3.CTRL+C don't work (Ex. you can't stop LIST command, or BASIC running with CTRL+C).
4. Dsk support (yes, I know it isn't so easy to do )
5. CLOAD ""  automatic key sequence
